The Eastern Region Board of Trustees and Conference Planning Team invite you to the 2024 Eastern Region Fall Conference.
This year’s conference is totally unique – you asked for opportunities to be in-person and you asked for opportunities to be online – and we are doing both!
ABOUT THE IN-PERSON CONFERENCE
September 23-26, 2024 we are offering our in-person components at the beautiful Hotel Hershey, a four-star hotel centrally located in Hershey PA.
You will want to attend these conference sessions if: you are eager to be with your Eastern Region friends and family in person; if you would like to experience four-star food, spa and accommodations; are seeking a break from the day to day, and have access to the history and beauty of Hershey Gardens and the surrounding area. The in-person sessions also include a visit to our host ministry, Unity of Palmyra to fellowship with them during dinner and a Taize service. Seeing how others are doing ministry up close and personal and meeting friends, new and old is a highlight of the in-person experience.

How will the conference be held?
The 2024 Fall Conference will be offered in both in-person and online sessions. The schedule is not exactly the same for both in-person and online sessions, due to the nature of some of the in-person sessions. We have made every effort however, to have all session be a very high quality experience suited to the audience, whether it is in-person or online. Whether you choose in-person or online, all sessions are designed to allow for interactivity and participation. Our fall conference sessions are created to meet the need for yearly CEUs in the areas of general CEUs, Ethics and Inclusivity/Diversity.
