Spirit Quest – Uniteen Spring Retreat 2026

For 6-8th graders (Minimum age 11 maximum age 14)
This is a retreat for middle school teens, adult leaders, chaperones & ministers.

Earlybird Registration opens March 15th, 2026 ($215.00) Due by March 31st
Late Registration ($245.00) between April 1st and April 30th

Registration closed at midnight on April 30th
No registrations or payments can be accepted after April 30th
No refunds available after April 30th

How to Register: Online Registration ONLY

Registration is online-only, by chapter. Chapter registration must be signed and approved by the Church minister, Director and attending sponsor. Individual registrations will be refused. After Chapter registration is complete each participant will receive a link to complete their individual registration online. Individual registrations must be completed by participants for registration to be valid.

Directors or Sponsors

  1. Download and complete the Chapter Registration Forms.
  2. Upload your completed forms (with signatures) in the online registration form below.
  3. Complete your online registration with payment in the form below.
  4. Receive a confirmation email link to distribute to participants to complete their online registration.

  2. Scan or take a picture of each required page to be uploaded for your online registration.
  3. Give medical forms to attending sponsor for travel emergencies.
  4. Go to the Online Participant Registration link provided by your Director/Sponsor and complete your online registration.
