Revolutionary Leadership looks like allowing things to emerge and evolve rather than trying to fix problems and figure things out.

This workshop is for you if you open, curious and committed to learning about a new way of Being in ministry that draws upon our Unity spiritual principles and the principles of emergence and evolution.

In this two-hour workshop, participants will:

  • Be introduced to the principles of emergence and evolution – what’s the difference between the “predict and control” model, and emergence and evolution, and why it matters.
  • Understand how this applies to contemporary ministry and helping us move to “where the puck is going.”
  • We will look at examples including building culture, consciousness, developing people, “growing” our ministries, and more.
  • Learn specific applications that you can use in your ministry including understanding energy as ministry currency.

Material for this workshop will draw from the Integral Ministry model and the book, The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership: A New Paradigm for Sustainable Success by Jim Detmer, Diana Chapman and Kaley Warner Klemp.

About the Facilitator

Rev. Mary Masters

Rev. Mary Masters’ 23 years of experience in Unity ministry, recently retired from Unity of Buffalo, includes having served as the Eastern Region Board chair, UWM Board President, adjunct faculty member or UWSI teaching the class on Ministry Board, Structure and Governance, and being a graduate of the Integral Ministry Certificate Program.

Event Cost:
  • $75 per ministry for 3 or more registrants

This is a TWO-STEP registration. 

STEP 1:  Complete the payment form below.
STEP 2:  After submitting the payment form, you will receive an email containing the Zoom Registration Links for both sessions.

  • Group Registrants: Share these links with the members of your group and please direct them to choose (1) session to attend, click the corresponding link, and complete the attendee form on Zoom. They will receive an individual personalized link to their chosen session.
 
UWM no longer pre-certifies CEUs for Ministers and LUTs. The UWM Eastern Region has designed and is offering sessions which we believe are CEU worthy and in relevant areas such as inclusivity, ethics, ministry operations, methods of teaching and self-care practices. Ministers and LUTs are required to track and document their potential CEUs and submit them yearly with their annual report. Please maintain copies of all registration confirmations and payment receipts for your records.
